WHY SOWBELLY’S BETTER

Sowbelly Farm is committed to humane and ethically-treated pig production. Our pigs meet stringent quality standards and are raised without growth promoters (i.e., hormones) or antibiotics. Our adult pigs are able to roam free in a wooded habitat freely foraging native foliage like acorns, similar to their European heritage. We believe that giving our pigs the best nutrition, compassion and quality of life they deserve produces the best-tasting meat and supports a stronger, sustainable environmental habitat.
